Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS, and delivery varies per location. In order to determine the cost of your shipment, please place the items in your shopping cart and use the shipping estimator form. Your shipping costs will be calculated after you enter your state and zip code information.
Due to current events, order fulfillment times and deliveries may take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note that fulfillment time does not include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $75 and over within the contiguous 48 United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. To qualify for free shipping, orders must total $75 or more after discounts and promo codes are applied.

Free domestic standard shipping on orders over $75: 2 - 8 business days.
First Class Mail: 2 - 5 business days. Rates vary.
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 business days. Rates vary.
UPS 3-Day: 3 business days. No weekend delivery. Rates vary.
We will be glad to offer a refund for any Flapjack Toys items that do not meet your expectations, excluding shipping charges. All return requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of the order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all face masks are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
Once you receive a return authorization from us, please return merchandise using a traceable and insured shipping method, in its original packaging, unused/unworn and with all labels and tags attached.
All returned items should be accompanied by a properly completed return form, which helps us expedite your return. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have received and processed your return.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our office, and 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
WRONG SHIPPED OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, we will issue a refund including shipping charges. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package and we will send you a return shipping label.
